We started by conducting an analysis of the existing site’s performance, loading times, and code structure in order to identify any areas that needed attention. We then created a comprehensive strategy for improving speed by restructuring the HTML codebase, optimizing images, minifying CSS stylesheets and JavaScript files, caching static content, and compressing transfer data. Finally, we implemented design changes throughout the website aimed at making navigation easier while also providing visual appeal.
